You will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not liable for packages after delivery, so please ensure your address is correct and that you have someone trustworthy at home to accept your package.

If you have a history of package theft in your area, consider requesting to have your package held at the post office for pickup.

Additionally, check with your neighbors before making a report, as some carriers may leave packages with them if you’re unavailable.

Please inspect cases immediately upon receipt and report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours for us to process a refund or replacement. If the box arrives with liquid stains, please reject the package. Please note that we do not send replacements for stained bottles; however, we do replace broken bottles. Refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported after this timeframe will not be approved.
